'Antimage' sounds pretty interesting.HousePet wrote:I've got a basic Druid design as an antimage. It will use staves and spellpower to uncast magical spells.
Going with mindstars is an option for a druidic class, but seems a bit boring.

Re: Question about fungi tree
IIRC, "minor" heals such as Drain Life or Waters of Life were excluded from it, specifically to prevent something like This Character . Seems like that character relies on Bloodcaller heals-on-hit or Waters of Life heals-over-time. Seems to me like it might possibly more reasonable to all...

Re: We need more potions!
I'd prefer to simply see the Mind Crit folded into the spell crit elixir If DarkGod doesn't want to add more potions, that would be a good option. I would think the movement speed should be more meaningful, like 5% at least. Also I agree that the mind critical should be added to the other critical ...

Aw man, I didn't get to qualify for the Summoner spot because of the no-adventurers addon.

I'd love the tileset - There are some neat tilesets out there, hell, you could use something similar to the Farportal randomized tilesets.Elkan wrote:I giggled. I would also very much like to see a music change every ~5 or so levels. Not so concerned about tile sets though

Re: Blighted Summoning and Summoners
The new abilities add a lot of versatility to the physical summons, though, and they don't waste much time using them due to cooldowns. You're losing a small amount of damage for more ranged capacity and utility skills attached to your summons. And ranged summons in general have very good abilities...

Re: Flag all class innates as non-spells?
I shrug and am neutral on the idea. Then I suggest making Mobility a Rogue reward, retool them into "Ruffians"(nothing much needed besides the name), then have them give the current AM Mobility rewards as well as their current ones. Currently, Rogues effectively don't give a category. The...

Re: Blighted Summoning and Summoners
Well, you're supposed to have 50 magic to use Blighted Summoning, so it may not be as big of a problem as if you were to over-kit yourself for the prodigy. That being said, I haven't looked at it in depth. Having the talent gained from Blighted Summoning scale with the summon talent level could be ...

Blighted Summoning and Summoners
Blighted Summons for summoners tend to have very weak abilities, due to using magic/spellpower. Even when inheriting the player's magic stat, the relatively low magic stat (compared to wil/cun/mindpower, which is boosted by the summoning) that when combined with the low-ranked abilities leads to ver...

Are you still using that shadowstrike addon? I've been considering a build like this but I don't know if I still need that addon.
Re: Prodigies
While we're on the topic, how do you 'get close to the draconic world' for wyrmic talents and 'have time-travelled at least once' for Revisionist History? I would have assumed that the temporal rift would qualify for the second, but apparently not after doing it. No idea what would do for the first.

[B41]Tornado cast on a cursed with Sanctuary on gives errors
When entering Gorbat Pride on my cursed, I started to get serious lag and error spam in the entrance room and a little bit around it - it stopped afterwards. After clearing out the rest of the floor problem free, it started up again the next entrance room. Not sure what caused it, I decided to check...

Re: Necromantic Melee Class
As far as I can tell, the lore reason for necromancers not being defilers is that necromancy is very old, while blight and defilers are a relatively new thing that came with the Spellblaze. I wonder if that note was added before or after necromancers were put in the 'mage' category instead of 'defil...

Re: Necromantic Melee Class
By in-game lore, blight isn't the opposite of nature. It is a corruption of nature from an outside influence. Magic is the opposite of nature. The vim-based classes are banned from the anti-magic path (as I reason it at least) because they use fundamentally magical abilities to manipulate the new b...
