ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I'm not bitching about it or anything, I was low level, no big deal dying.

It's just my 8 yr old nephew was watching and he laughed so hard and still does when I mention fluffy white bunnies.

Seriously, I was 4th level he was between me and the stairs, I had to try to kill it to get out, I failed.

What's the weirdest thing you've been killed by in this awesome game?

I've noticed that some windows dont respond to a mouse at all. Shop windows where you set the number of items to buy for example.

10 time is nothing 11 now :( got swarmed by worms 2 steps from the exit too... oh well I've seen the "sell and sell again" thing too. I suspect it has something to do with releasing the mouse button too slowly, or wiggling the mouse at just the wrong moment, so the game receives two mouse...

Something I noticed: I went into a potion shop to buy some more healing potions and while the window to select the amount was up I somehow ended up selling my good plate armor (was saving till I level up and boost my STR to wear it) it also sold for a puny amount and I couldn't afford to buy it back...

Ah thanks guys. After I died (5 times now) I always just returned to the main menu, now I see I can save my games (ctrl+s), adjust my stats and skills (shift+g) and most importantly rest (shift+r), now I'm surviving and made it up to level 3 almost 4 now. This game is so addictive. Good job!

Ok, cool game, really takes me back. I just can't figure out some stuff. Is there a list of what all the keys do? I found w i and I know the arrow keeys move you, but how do I pick stuff up and whatever? Or has the stuff not been coded in yet? Sorry if this seems to be a dumb question but I can't fi...
