Wandering about in Tol falas, I happened across some slime-covered slime-covered yew arrows.
Should there be a different way to connote the double flag? Perhaps extra-slimy arrows?

Lightning is pretty, but...
it gives Boomer the distinct sensation of having to fight his way through molasses. Soooo slow.
I really like the nifty effects, but for middle-aged computers such as mine, might there be an option for turning off these in the interest of speed?

I'm playing 12b and have the same problem. "m" makes the menu come up, but hitting alphabetical keys doesn't do anything after that. Scrolling through the list is going to make playing my archemage really annoying.

I think this is intentional, since it's the hit itself to cause the mitosis, regardless of the fact that the hit will kill the creature. I'm suggesting a more realistic behavior which could help balancing things with jellies: Upon receiving a hit, a check is made to determine if mitosis will occur....
