3) Go to www.tomenet.net (the first link google shows when you search for tomenet..), or
go to www.t-o-m-e.net and click on 'Switch to Tomenet' in the upper left corner, then click on 'download'.

The Metaserver is down.
Connect directly via command-line:

tomenet4.exe 213.186.35.70

The manual says the same in 'Troubleshooting' section by the way...

The problem is that due to technical problems the client on tomenet.net couldn't be updated yet.
Try to get the latest version here:
