Okay, I've taken a stab at this in Talent Point Planner v9h and ZOmnibus v12b, just pushed out. I've made an effort to only mark Arcanum's talent trees as 'seen' for the planner dialog if the Academy chat dialog actually shows them to you, since the list of available trees seems to vary with your Magic stat, among other things.

Found an interesting bug.

1. Be a Reaver
2. Wield a short staff
3. Use the Crystal focus on a 1-hander
4. Put one single point in Corruption/Reaving -> Corrupted Strength
5. Wield the Crystalline One Hander in the Off-Weapon Slot
6. Remove the single point in Corruption/Reaving -> Corrupted Strength
7. Click the "Retrieve Crystalline Focus from Weapon"

When you do this, it will purge your main (A shortstaff for me), leave the secondary (The Crystalline 1Hnder) and give you the Crystal Focus back in your inventory. If you try to use the "Second" Crystal Focus, it will purge the item you use it on and consume the Crystal Focus.

Very interesting edge case :)
