I know there's a sheet with tinkers listed and a brief description :) but when it comes to artifacts it doesn't say anything :?. Can anyone give me a description of them ?

Hand of creation
Power armour
Saw storm
Life support suit
Rogue gallery
Steamgun payload

Mostly you find these in embers. Not sure if any exist in the core game.

I'm wearing the Steam Powered Armor at the below link, you can check it out. The Steam Powered Armor talent I think zaps nearby people with lightning and creates a regenerating shield effect (I had to uninstall and reboot so I can't load and report). It only works when you've got the full set.

Rogues Gallery was some sort of "briefly avoid death" thing, IIRC. Don't remember rest.

Steam Powered armor works without the full set, but having the full set gives a lot of bonuses.

I remember life support suit is a light armor that among other things acts as an extra medical injector.

Hand of creation - tier 5 gauntlets with fire/phys theming, and as per desc: "On landing any melee attack, release a fiery shockwave, dealing fire and physical damage each equal to your steampower in a cone from the target of radius 3"

Power armour - tier 5 massive armor with good stats, and a sustain that gives a high amount of flat damage reduction and fires lightning at nearby targets. forms a set with other steam powered armor to give more passive stuff.

Saw storm - aka Stormcutter. tier 5 saw, each hit fires dazing chain lightning based off cunning

Life support suit - very strong tier 5 light armor. gives defensive stats like die_at, resistall etc, a free injector, and a passive that heals you for 30% of maximum life on falling below 20%

Rogue gallery - tier 5 cloak. +nature resist, +cunning, can be activated to make your next attack inflict crippling poison, on falling below 20% life creates a smoke cloud that confuses enemies and gives you stealth+evasion

Steamgun payload - tier 5 gun, inflicts a high damage radius 5 fire explosion + burning ground based on cunning

I miss the incendiary groove to make the payload :( I have already completed the EOR campaign, random patrols don't drop any schematics, any idea how to proceed?

Patrols can drop schematics (In AoA at least), it just isn't a terribly high chance
