Okay, so I'm going to preface by saying that I purchased ToME off of Steam awhile back, and as such I do have access to the Possessor class, which I've spent the last day or so testing out and thoroughly enjoying. However, earlier tonight I got the idea in my head that I should try making an Adventurer character with some of the new Possessor talent categories for the heck of it, and found that I couldn't. The Possessor's talent categories just don't show up for me when I'm building an Adventurer. So, I was wondering if this was unintended or if there might possibly be some other underlying reason at play here. I know that the Possessor came as part of the brand new update, so I don't know if anyone would actually even have any clues as of yet, but I still felt the need to ask. And thanks.

TL;DR:
Adventurer's don't seem to have access to the Possessor's talent categories. Is that intended?


Also, sorry, I wasn't sure where this should be posted, so I figured that kind of made it a dumb question in a sense, especially since I'm really not sure if this is a "bug" or not.

iirc if it's banned from spawning on enemies (which possessor is), it won't be in adventurer's talent list

same with skirmisher for instanced

e: well this probably isn't intended though

If that's the problem, then that's what Slightly More Adventurous is designed for.

It's probably not in the adventurer's kit for whatever the reason Stone Warden talents weren't in there until the update. The only way to use them then was an addon.

I edited some files to be able to use possessor on adventurers, and I can confirm its because it's because it's banned on monsters (it's only one line in one file that needs changing). I hadn't heard of that addon till now, but it should work if it changes the same thing
