Did you take into account the cd mod on his injectors? Didn't actually looked at the char.

As far as I know, CD mod doesn't affect the description, otherwise those stat removal salves would've had 50 turn cds. Basically he just has 1-2 turns shorter cds like if he had Windtouched speed or 10% cdr, but it only affects salves. And his device mastery is 0, that's why I was so suprised. I wonder what the real reason could be.
