Really cool format. I like the less is more! I'm curious what you've beaten with it but at the same time I think maintaining mystery here is a great idea.

Any particular reason you went with Regeneration infusion over Shielding rune? Regen is nice, but I don't usually use it past the early game unless I have Fungus.

You can use either really, although regeneration will scale well with Bathe in Light heal mod.

Good regen works pretty nicely with block on normal. Blocking with a good block value shield is usually good enough to negate the meaningful part of damage on normal and rest can just be healed or whatevered.

Now go win this on insane!

Updated, the shield focus prodigies aren't worth it, this build should dish out a lot of damage whilst still being able to survive and deal with statuses.

I'd be tempted to use at least Eternal Guard, but I defer to your judgment. Spectral Shield is nice, but can be mostly replaced with a good randart.

One last update; I'm happy with where it is now.

What is the reasoning behind building your magic stat on a bulwark?

Interestingly, this is also the first guide I've seen that recommends less than 5 points in Thick Skin.

5/5 Thick Skin is nice, but it has diminishing returns as you level it up. You can definitely steal points from there for other talents that actually get significant bonuses from additional points. Same with Combat Accuracy; 5/5 is nice, but typically 2/5 or 3/5 is enough when you factor in equipment.

Also known as marginal utility. :)

In this guide, the two final points in thick skin have been sacrificed in favor of 5/5 in the armor skill. So that's a good trade?

Question: Does windblade trigger a shield attack too?

I'm looking prodigies to my sun pally, probably should pick something before High Peak which is next lol.

Windblade doesn't do a shield bash by default, but it should trigger Shield of Light.
