While I am Possessing a body it looks like any form of healing does Heal the Possessors Psi pool. my regeneration and healing effects are doing nothing. I remember the healing effects transferring some of the healing to the Psi pool from Solipsism's effect in version 1.5.

I'm not sure what the etiquette for bumping is here, but I just want to confirm that this is still an issue.

With this in effect, it makes solipsism not just useless, but outright dangerous since it makes it likely that psi will be drained when a body is killed off, with no real way to regain that psi without remaining in your vulnerable base form.

Admittedly, the class is still probably OP overall, but this isn't a great way of dealing with that since it hurts more in the early-midgame before you have a collection of strong bodies that can just use other resources, and because it effectively means there are big parts of the class that cannot be engaged with. Deep Horror, for example, was already a marginal tree to begin with, but now it's doubly useless since players will have no psi to work with. Going down the solipsism tree is a nonstarter since psi can't be topped off for clarity, and you're just likely to be stuck below the threshold.

For that matter, essentially any active ability save for possession itself is going to be tough to justify using while this issue is in place.

Strangely some forms of healing work while others don't.
Most direct heals don't work, but affinity seems to work. Rabbit hop works too. I haven't tested Vampiric gift although it might work.

My advice for Solipsism on Possessor is to keep it a rank1 until lvl 40+, and even then only with a reliable source of affinity.

Regarding psi use, you inherit psi regen from rare+ mobs so it's usually ok unless you're playing normal or possessing static bosses. A random unique will usually have +10 psi per turn or more.
