Champion's Will sells for 1.4?

I compared most of the warrior weapons I have, swords, axes and maces by going to the shops and seeing how much they cost. These sell for 15 Spelldrinker and Ureslak's Femur. These sell for 20: Acera, Punae's blade. These sell for 25: Dawn's Blade, Twilight's Edge, Hydra's Bite and Wintertide.

But, Champion's Will is only worth 1.4? Something is not right.
