 Post subject: Buggy item vault

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but recently in game I am having trouble with using the vault. I should have 25 slots, which I did the first time I opened it. After a while it went down to 12 for some reason? It currently displays that I have 24/12 items stored in the vault whenever I try to use it.

I am playing the steam version of the game if that makes any difference.
