[1.3.1] Stop cast on targets not in LoS

chronomancy/stasis spell Stop does no damage to things in the area but not in line of sight. It does, however, still stun them.

are you sure it wasn't in a lair or a vault?
creatures there tend to have "out of site invulnerability" which prevents them from being hit, until they are seen.

Confirmed to have been in the game since at least 1.3.0

Yes I'm sure. A player reported this in chat and I tested extensively before reporting.
