No Orb of Many Ways after visiting the unremarkable cave

This is an interesting one. I started east as a Sun Paladin on the insane difficulty. No relevant mods installed to cause this, I believe. Anyway, I offed some of the rares/uniques/bosses in Gates of the Morning, got good enough gear that I ambitiously decided I might stay east. I went to the Unremarkable Cave and immediately died to a level 45 rare and gave up on that. Went west, finished up the Master and went to Reknor, whereupon the Orb of Many Ways didn't spawn. Talked to Shibari and apparently the Orc in the cave has a 100% drop rate for the orb, since I never killed him I didn't get the orb. Whoops!

The bug here is Krogar in Unremarkable Caves has the Orb of Many Ways as a guaranteed drop via resolver.drops. So if you enter that zone before going west for the first time on Sun Paladin he gets generated, Orb gets added to game.uniques, and then the Orc at the end of Reknor can't drop it. I'm not sure why Krogar is dropping it at all so I'm not sure what the most appropriate fix is.

I *think* this file should be fixed, but it may not validate so backup your save first.
