I killed Golbug at the end of Reknor, got the achievement and got the letter from last hope. However, there was no orb of many ways in his loot. If you want a savefile and tell me how to upload one I will.
If this is a plot change, I'm sorry. But people in chat didn't know about it and told me I should probably file the bug report.
