Mobs are gone

In Abashed Expanse (Insane) sometimes mobs disappear.
I started game, saw unique and boss on first level, cleaned all map and found only unique (I teleported across level around 10 minutes trying to find boss).
So I decide to restart level with Task Manager (because I wanted exactly the same level and mobs).
On second try I found and killed boss, but not unique (same spent 10 minutes to find him).
On third try my char was killed.

Please fix your game, it is irritating when mobs are gone with their exp and loot!

I can't think of what would cause this and haven't seen it before myself. Any chance you could upload the save for me to take a look at?

I havn't it, char died on third try.

Are you using any weird addons?
You seem to get more bugs than most people.

The save file doesn't go away when the character dies, it will still be in the save folder.

I start to use them just not long ago, when came on Insane.
My addons are for Escort, for picking skills from them, and nothing more.
I report more because possibly I play more, and more attentive than others.

Also mobs can disapper in every game and I saw it only now.
If I didn't look at both and saw that there are boss+unique, then it would not have happened.

Also I forgot - at least sometime (or always) there are tiles, which can hurt character.
If you move there - you lose HP. Looks like invisible foe, except it didn't move.
So, another bug (or the same).
