I found that I still had my old experiment, so I put it on git: http://git.net-core.org/te4modules/moria :)

It's certainly not complete, working, playable or bugfree, but it's a start if that tickles anyone's fancy :)
It's based on hum .. umoria 5.5.2 IIRC; most of the big lists like items, npcs was auto generated by hacking umoria source to printf it into working data.

If you want to try your hand at reviving moria on TE4, request write access, and if you dont have an account on git.net-core.org request one ;)
