According to this:
Currently the size only matters for some skills, and only bigger sizes are beneficial.

Here's some ideas for the ignored size system -

1. If you are more than 3 sizes smaller than the opponent (Eg. size 1 vs size 4+), you will lower the throws/accuracy of opponent - Imagine a bee humming inside an elephant's nose.
2. Tiny and small has some restrictions, as well has gargantuan - they cannot wield some items -

a. Tiny cannot wield heavy armor and most 2-handed items normally (the latter can be done using magic/willpower or by having Psychokinetic abilities), and wield normal 1-handed items as 2-handed, offhand items as 1-handed. They have their own items tailored to them specially, though.
b. Small simply have penalty on longbows
c. Gargantuan cannot wield normal armors - unless something specially tailored for them.

3. There are items which decrease the current size temporarily, just like the current egoed armor/belt.

Race: Pixie/Fairy/Fae (tiny)

Has superior magic and cunning bonus, cannot choose some of the classes like skrimisher and bulwark - but the associated talents can be learnt in game, as an adventurer or so, after increasing size using items.

They have their own community selling items for tiny sized creatures.

Perhaps Gargantuan should get a movement speed penalty in single width corridors and a movement speed bonus in open spaces.

If I may add to the list:

4. Take Down and Hurricane Throw from the Technique/Grappling tree could have their damage scaled with size. Bigger size means more damage, while smaller size means less damage. Throwing around a gargantuan dragon should be more punishing (and more satisfying!) than throwing around a tiny ant..

Growing old is mandatory..
Growing up, is completely optional.. ;)
