Portal Malfunction: A portal will spawn on the floor. Stepping on it will teleport you to a random tile. Afterward, you will be randomly teleported every X turns. Reach the exit. Step on the portal before killing any mobs for a bonus.
Dragon Slayer: Kill X dragons before leaving the floor. Increased generation of dragons. Don't kill any other type of mob for a bonus.
Dragons' Layer (for astralInferno
): Don't kill any dragons. Increased generation of dragons.
Arachnophobia: Kill X spider-kin. Increased generation of spider-kin.
Asphyxiation: All talents will consume Air instead of their normal resource (as a percent of your maximum air equal to the proportion of the usual cost to the maximum of the usual resource). Could be done with a buff that can be ticked off so you can opt out of the challenge (or, instead, activated by a switch or such). Increased air regeneration? Triggered; kill at least X mobs after triggering.
Bloodcasting: All talents will consume Life instead of their normal resource. Increased life regeneration, maybe a die_at buffer based on your max life? Triggered; kill at least X mobs after triggering.
Slimed: You gain Slimeroots and loose the ability to move normally. Triggered; kill at least X mobs after triggering.
Dreamland: All mobs on the floor gain 'dreaming' prefixes and talents (as in the Slumbering version of Heart of Gloom). Triggered; kill at least X mobs after triggering.
Mad World: All mobs on the floor gain 'mad' prefixes and talents (as in the other version of Heart of Gloom). Triggered; kill at least X mobs after triggering.
Myopia: All mobs beyond 3 tiles away will be 'blurry' (tiles will be blurred, tooltip will be blocked, and you will not be able to inspect them). Triggered; kill at least X mobs after triggering.
Somnambulism: Kill X mobs while Asleep.
Resistance Is Futile: All resistances (for you and mobs) are negated. Triggered; kill at least X mobs after triggering.
Crit Your Pants: All attacks/talents are guaranteed crits (for you and mobs). Triggered; kill at least X mobs after triggering.
Lost Puppy: There is a lost puppy at the entrance of the floor. Keep the puppy alive and return it to its master, somewhere on the floor. The puppy will follow you, but you gain the 'Fetch' talent, which lets you throw a stick. When used, the puppy will move to the tile where you throw the stick before starting to follow you again.
Ice Cold: Half of all floor tiles turn to ice. Ice tiles will freeze any actor that step on them, ignoring stun resistance. Triggered; kill at least X mobs after triggering.
Fisticuffs: Only use unarmed attacks.
Haunted: All bosses/rares on the floor will be 'Ghostly', able to move and see through walls. Kill X Ghostly mobs.
Déjà Vu: When you kill the last mob on the floor, you will be teleported back to the entrance, and all mobs will re-spawn. Reach the exit. Kill them all again for a bonus.
Dazed and Confused: All hits against you have a chance to daze or confuse you. Kill X mobs while both Dazed and Confused. Triggered.
Burns So Good: Take at least X damage (not self-inflicted) from Burning. Increased generation of faeros, fire dragons, etc.
Tribble Trouble: There is a Tribble somewhere on the floor. Every X turns it spawns another Tribble, who will in turn spawn more Tribbles. Kill them all before Y Tribbles spawn.
These Heels Are Killing Me: Your footwear is dropped into your inventory and replaced with a pair of High Heels. High Heels are footwear that have no benefits, reduce move speed by 50%, increase fatigue by 15% and have a chance each time you move to pin you for two turns. Kill at least X mobs without taking them off. Triggered. Trigger before killing any mobs for a bonus.
Once Upon A Time In Mex's Co. : There are X Shalore Archmages on the floor. Find and kill them.
Heat Sink: All talents without a fixed cooldown will cooldown twice as fast (for you and mobs). Triggered; kill at least X mobs after triggering.
Don't Feed The Trolls: Take no damage from trolls. Increased generation of trolls.
