Ok . .apologies for the long post . .I've scribbled a few notes . . .

Biggest problem seen: When you go up/down a stairs and the game places a monster on the stairs with you, the monster can sit and whack on you, and you cant 'find' it to kill it. You move, and it moves with you, remaining unattackable. I lost 2 characters with this.

Minor problem: reading scrolls when you have multiple numbers, it says you read the scroll and then have none left, when in actuality, you have 1 less.

Minor monster AI problem: Wights, who like casting corrosive cloud . .and then walking into their own spell to die. Erm . . .now, as a harried adventurer, I like this, but perhaps the wights could be a little smarter?

very minor quibble: Why are scrolls 2nd to last in the inventory list, ahead of only sling ammo? shouldn't they be moved up, next to potions?

annoyance: the "aiming" cursor always starts at the spot you last targeted something. I dont mind an auto-aim for killing monsters, but when my mage is trying to destroy walls, having to move the cursor from 40 squares away(e.g. in Moria) is somewhat annoying.

Mage-Monty-Haul: Mages can pile items on top of down stairs, fill up past encumbrance, go down, drop stuff, clear the level, repeat until sick, and then teleport to Angolwen with ALL of their loot. Erm . . .as much as I like this for gaining rapid cash, it seems rather cheesy to me. Perhaps this is to balance magi's poor strength? Make the teleport so that it doesnt arrive IN town, so that you have to move 1 space to enter? Or, have the stores only buy what they sell, so that the potion shop wont take that galvorn armor you've been lugging around.

lastly, from the "be patient, young padawan" section, I'm assuming gloves, tools, and magical caps(not artifacts) and boots are coming, so I'll hold off whining. lol

That's a pain in the butt, and any form of money farming will get you rich if you put time into it.
