Exploding mushrooms, don't let them spread too much or chain reactions can occur!
!!BACKUP any saves/data/files before trying this!!

Open lib/edit/r_info.txt
Search for N:22 and replace the whole entry for that monster with the following:

D:A fast spreading volatile mushroom species that spreads
D:its spores around the dungeon by exploding. Chain
D:reactions of large patches of these can be, erm, exciting.


close and save the file
delete the file: lib/data/r_info.raw
the r_info.raw will get rebuilt with the new monster data when you next run TOME.

LOL, I like this! Always been interested in the idea of immobile monsters functioning as environment hazards and/or trap replacements. Especially ones like this that can be cleverly exploited by the player.
